ok this is the long story short me and a few friends were out doing a bit of ledge training and were only 15-17 years) im the oldest at 17) and as you can guess we are not as meaty but the huge 21 year old comes over to us and starts saying "your a bit puny to be doning stuff like this." and the others are looking at him stupid so i go up to him and say "really now well then why don't we play a little game of horse and see if your right." agreeing to the chalange i started off small with a monkey vault over a rail into a 3/4ft drop with a safety roll on the end. he trys it clips his foot on the rail and lads flat on his back ( he wasn't hurt badly just winded and in a bit of pain) we were stood there lookin at him an he just walks off. i go "Don't you have anything to say?" and he turns around and he's bright red with embarisment so he ran off and we continued training.
the moral of this story is it's not your size that matters its how well you can move it around is what counts.
