newcomer to the parkour scene

Hey guys! Im James, im 18, a freelance fitness instructor and i just got into the parkour scene, i just had a few questions about it:

firstly is 18 a little old for this sorta sport?

second: what kind of training can i do to get better or prepare for it?

third: does anyone know where in hampshire has the most parkour action, mainly because i live in winchester and am able to travel to places like southampton and bournemouth.

Finally: (more a statement than a question),i just joined this site so... hello everyone!

1st question: Your never to old I've talked to 36 years olds that do it!

2nd question: Practise on low stuff and do some conditioning during the cold seasons (or do a me and just get out there regardless of the weather!)

3rd question: sorry I don't because I don't live near there

cheers mate, i like that attitude of getting out there anyway. I live on uni campus so i'll try an get inventive.
If anyone does live in the Hampshire area please let me know where u train so i can meet up, i'd really love to hear from ye!
