Well as the old thread had been locked i decided 2 start a new 1 lol, down 2 business im matt Co-Founder of Swansea Bay Freestylerz formally known as STPK, anyways we are looking for guys n girls in the south wales area to join or even to jam with so if your insterested get back to me on here  Attachments:

Hi Are There Any Parkour classes or school in the swansea area if so could you name some for me please. I am so interested in parkour but i have nowhere to learn so please get back ;D

you dont just learn parkour through just classes you out in to the local area and start jumping small gaps and walls small rails the get to were you think you can not progress any more without training then look for schools look at some of the basics vids from another site on youtube and the use them on the tarain around you

lol the best way to learn something like that is try now you can watch allot of training vids that will let you know where to put your hands but dont try and do it slowly it dosnt work
find a wall with some grass or sothing soft maybe a play ground or something some times they have some kind of wall
the city is your playground but there playgrounds are safty nets

yes i do and not realy not with out being there apart from advance slowly dont do any thing you realy dont thin you can do start small and get bigger.
ps another site have some great training vids and so does american parkour .. youtube.com the type in parkour basics
that should get you started

I'm in swansea weekend after next, not really into flips and tricks but general parkour, started training about three months ago after training with stephane and julien vigroux, yann hnuatra and forrest in London last bank holiday so got plenty of tips to pass on. May get a chance to meet up at some point, got a friend from Cardiff coming down as well.

Im from swansea and am looking 2 start parkour. Im a complete beginer but have bn practicin little things like jumping fences nd stuff. Really wanna start a class now so if any1 can give me some details i'd b gratefull.
