Hey, I'm from Durrington(Worthing) and me and my friends have been free running on and off for about 7 months. Theres quite a few good places around the worthing area (except where they have put anti climbing paint ) At the moment we are waiting for the weather to get better so we can film the action. Obviously the more the better so if any of you wanna come try it just email me. I'm Also Trying to pull a Site together but dont have alot of spare time but there will be 1 featuring Vids and pics. I'll also check here daily so just let us know.

Hi, I'm Matt and i got a house in Shoreham. Ive recently watched "Jump Britain" in a media lesson and it definately looks like the right thing for me. Only problem is that im only 15 and if i don't find someone i know to do it with i'l be too nervous to meet up with you guys

P.s If any of you happen to be around the AMF bowl in Worthing at either thursday 7:00pm-9:30pm or Saturday 10:00am-11:30am ill always be there.

Hey, me and my freinds do it sometimes, we live in shoreham and southwick and we skate alot. I've been atempting it for like 2 to 3 years im not good but i saw it on transworld sport and had a go yeh its kl. mainly we skate but parkour and skate are much the same. Hey, I live in shoreham and wouldn't mind giving parkour a go, having seen jump britain this morning. Looks brilliant. definitely the thing for me, i've tried skating and blading but parkour looks much more interesting and natural.

Hi yeah im from angmering and often park9ur in worthing theres quuite a fe gaps mainly in car parks, they arnt amazing but the quitee a buzz as they are at height.... check out my sites....
