Me and 4 mates are well up for getting into to this parkour but haven't the foggiest how to start??? I see you have regular meets in Bristol but i am guessing your all pretty proficient so 5 new boys hanging around aint ideal!!!!

Any pointers on how to get into it and get some basics going would be good before we rock to a meet looking like complete pratts!!!! We live in Weston S Mare so anyone who can point out any areas worth starting - all the better!!!!

dude just come along to the bristol meets, we get new people all the time and it tends to be better to learn from the more experienced ppl
