Hey - its rich - from evesham - i train with fellow UKPKA member - Gladwin (or gladders as he is on here) - does anyone have any ideas for a 40 minute intense training programme for parkour???
im kinda stuck - ive got to do this for GCSE PE...
HELP!?

personally i would start with a parkour specific warm up, including things like quadrupedal movement, then id use exercises like muscle ups, pistol squats etc and maybe a bit of circuit training with obstacles, finish with a warm down. should give you a few ideas.
