Hello, I am starting to get involved a lot more with my free-running/parkour communities, I joined this website a while ago but am starting to use it a lot more to check out other free-runners styles and get involved in conversations etc, I have recently posted my latest showreel in the "Isle Of Man" Section - parkouruk.proboards.com/thread/3317/isle-2013-parkour-running-videoMy name is Kaleem -- I live in the Isle Of Man - I first started and trained at Parkour in Manchester, United Kingdom with a group known as "Northern Parkour" Lately I have been incorporating free-running with my Parkour Style - Still a lot of progress to go

Just wanted to let everyone here know that if your in Greater Manchester (Oldham, Rochdale, Stockport, Levenshulme etc) and your looking for a group to train with, feel free to train with Northern Parkour, We regularly meet up in Manchester City Centre and people from all around Greater Manchester and all round come regularly to train with us, its not hard to get back and forth from, costs nothing to train with us and has a massive benefit for you, Every one is very helpful and friendly and will help you progress A lot of people were posting if people were training in those areas so just making you all aware northernparkour.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=3849^^ This will take you to details and a map of where we meet up on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays - Although some of us train on extra days tooI personally started training with Northern Parkour from being a total noob and in half a year .. well see the results for yourself : www.youtube.com/watch?v=6kq-thNrhu4 - Gone from being scared of rails to that - So feel free to come down ! Still got a long way to go, but its really helped me out big time, so for all those wanting to get into it, please do ! You'll love it !!
