it could me serious, tendon damage could get you out for life. plus, what do you "coach" at a gym, you really shouldn't be if you've only trained for a year and don't know all the mechanics of movement.

nope, at sixth form bled.
yep, if you wear some trainers that are too un-sensitive/flat shoes etc, you could land incorrectly etc. tight clothes restrict movement.
what does your general condititoning consist of?

atm my general conditioning is simple push ups and squats etc but im slowly bringing in new excersises how often do you train ?

haven't had one yet.
mike, swinging the arms is BASIC. everyone can do that.
build up your quad strength man, squats etc and calfs for absorbance.
what do i need to do right now?
