Easy Free Runners I live in Seaford, and usually practice free running around the seaford area, as well as brighton and Eastbourne. I have been free running since jump london on channe 4, but lost inspiration for a while until jump britain apperred on channel 4 which inspired me to start again. Ive got access to the internet now which makes it much easier to find other free runners!! If there are any free runners who wana meet e-mail me: houlli2003(at)yahoo.com Free Running Rules!!!!

Right everyone - big thanks to Cath for the tip on this one - Adult gymnastics session 8 - 9.30 Thursday night - it's a drop in class and costs a whackin' £4 per person. The guy is cool with a few people turning up - Dantes and I will definitely be there so let us know if you're coming along.
He's also interested in us doing a hire - says to try this first and take it from there - and the hire would probably have to be weekday daytime which is cool for us but don't know about anyone else.
The gym is in a big red church building which you'll find if you head towards Portslade on the Old Shoreham Rd and turn left at the lights by Toys R Us and Comet and whetever else is there opposite the park. Down that road and apparantly you can't miss it.
Can't wait to hit barrel vaults...

'fraid to say it's now looking very unlikely that me or Dantes will make tonight either - stuff come up with a friend in need. If anyone does go let us know how it is and if by some miracle we make it we'll do the same.

Yeah I know Dantes but that's it - apart from online.
So where were you all? It was excellent - but sheeshed difficult. The gym session - to re-iterate - is an adult class held every thursday at the Hove Gym Club - big church on your right hand side if you take a left from the old shoreham rd just before you hit the Toys 'R' Us trading estate.
Look at page 1 or 2 of this thread and you'll find the guy's name and number - not sure how old they consider adult to be.
It's well worth doing - but excpect pain on the walk home. Ouch!

In reply to Kwok, I'm also 30. I used to jump around like a maniac when I was younger and I think with the right place to train and people to train with I would get back in to it. I'm in Eastbourne, so if anyone is around I would really like to hear from you.
